For the past 6 years, Jennifer has leveraged the “Talent on Demand” approach to identify, attract, and recruit candidates who are a perfect match for the position. Because she doesn’t use a database to find candidates, Jennifer has been effective in identifying true talent for top-performing teams across diverse industries and sectors, including high-growth tech, software services, start-ups, and others.
