Jennifer Wiens is the Founder and CEO of The New Network, a boutique executive search firm helping Canadian tech companies build and scale high-performance teams. Unlike traditional firms that rely on recycled candidates from conventional databases, Jennifer and her team have built a reputation over the past nine years for uncovering game-changing talent through a rigorous, full-market approach.

The New Network partners with tech companies across Canada—supporting teams through critical growth phases and helping them build the talent infrastructure needed to scale. Notable engagements include ZayZoon, where The New Network helped grow the company from 18 to over 200 people over four years—building out marketing, customer support, customer success, finance, revenue operations, data & analytics, and People & Culture functions from the ground up. At Tugboat Logic, The New Network led the recruitment strategy as the team scaled from 22 to 180 people in two years, building sales, marketing, and revenue teams ahead of a successful acquisition.

Known for her practical, invested, and results-focused approach, Jennifer brings deep expertise in recruitment strategy, stakeholder alignment, and hiring for culture. She previously held senior recruitment roles at Summit Search Group and built a successful B2B sales career before founding The New Network.
